About John Mortimer
John has been involved in transforming organisations of over 20 years. Working with a multitude of different organisations, with very good consultants, gave John the experience to assess and lead effective change himself.

Systems and design thinking and customer journey maps. When confronted with barriers to change, John is able to develop flexible approaches to the challenges that real organisations face, following Corporate Rebels examples.
In the public sector, John has more recently focused on integrating services, creating Hubs, people and community centred approaches.
"We have always been wary of consultants. John, however, really helps us to understand our situation, and works with us to make lasting and sustained change."
21 years of helping the private and public sector to improve using design thinking, Lean, systems thinking, and the Vanguard Method.
